This is the first newsletter from the reunion committee. Thank you for your early registration. Early registrations assist the committee with their planning, i.e. size of meeting rooms required, number of meals etc. If you now have email you can register on line at our website: www.rcafairwomen.ca and please provide us with your email address. It saves a lot due to the high cost of mailing and helps reduce reunion costs.

ACCOMMODATION: All events will be held at the Delta Beausejour and we have secured room rates for $139.00 plus taxes (13%) per night based on single or double occupancy. The rates are effective from Thursday June 1st to Sunday June 4th 2017.

ADDITIONAL ROOM OCCUPANCY: Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $20.00 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share a room with their parents. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room.

ADDED VALUE:

Up to five (5) upgrades to Signature Club rooms at the conference rate of $139.00.

Two (2) upgrades to Suites at the Conference rate of $139.00.

PET POLICY: The Delta Beausejour is pleased to welcome you and your pet. A fee of $38.00 (taxes included) will cover extra cleaning costs and will forward $5.00 of this amount to the local S.P.C.A. as a donation on your behalf.

BILLING: All charges for hotel rooms and/or incidentals for group members will be billed to each individual.

The hotel also includes Wireless High Speed internet in all guest rooms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Hotel check-in time is posted as 4:00 PM. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time; however, rooms may not be immediately available.

Hotel check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk once the delegate is registered. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applicable.

PARKING: Clients with a guestroom in the hotel will receive a discounted 24 hour parking pass. This pass will be issued to you upon check in at a rate of $11.50 plus tax.

AIR TRANSPORTATION:

The�Greater Moncton International Airport is 7km from the hotel and is approximately $20.00 one way. Travel time is between 10 and 20 minutes to and from the hotel, depending on the time of day. We have not yet secured Airline discounts, however that information will be sent to you as we get it.

HUSBANDS/COMPANIONS:

You are most welcome to attend the Sunday Church service and brunch. We need to know how many will be attending the Sunday Brunch by March 1, 2017. This would be an extra cost of $30.00.

COST: There will be one price only for the three day weekend at $250.00, with a $25.00 non-refundable deposit with your registration form.
